Seed Fund Grant

Up to ₹30 Lakh

Empanelled incubators provide a seed grant of up to ₹30 Lakh to support early-stage startups with product and market validation needs.

Bank Loan Support

5% interest subvention

Under the Mukhya Mantri Udyam Kranti Yojana, startups receive collateral-free bank loans with a 5% interest subvention and credit guarantee fee reimbursement for 5 years.

Startup Investment Fund

₹100 Crore corpus

A dedicated ₹100 Crore corpus has been set up to provide equity investment to DPIIT-recognized startups through Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

Assistance on Investment / Loan Received

15% to 18% assistance

Startups raising loans or funding receive 15% assistance (up to ₹15 Lakh per instance, capped at ₹60 Lakh across 4 instances). SC, ST, women, PwD, and transgender founders receive a higher 18% assistance (up to ₹18 Lakh per instance, capped at ₹72 Lakh).

Entrepreneurship-in-Residence (EIR)

₹10,000 / month

Financial assistance of ₹10,000 per month is provided per eligible startup, for up to 12 months (within a 2-year period from DPIIT recognition), to encourage students and working professionals to pursue entrepreneurship.

Product / Prototype Assistance

Up to ₹15 Lakh

100% reimbursement, up to a maximum of ₹15 Lakh per startup, for technology transfer, R&D, product design, branding, and packaging consultancy through government-owned or funded institutions.

Patent Assistance

Domestic & international

100% reimbursement of up to ₹5 Lakh for domestic patents, and up to ₹20 Lakh for international patents, covering government fees and consultancy costs.

Lease Rental Assistance

50% of rent

50% assistance on monthly lease or rent (up to ₹10,000 per month, for up to 3 years) for workspaces, industrial sheds, or seats in incubation centers.

Online Advertising Assistance

Up to ₹3 Lakh

Early-stage DPIIT-recognized startups (incorporated within 2 years) can avail 100% reimbursement on digital marketing and advertising expenses across platforms like Meta, Google, Amazon, and Flipkart, capped at ₹3 Lakh for one year, claimable once during the policy period.

Event Participation Assistance

Domestic & overseas

75% reimbursement on covered expenses (travel, lodging, stall space, and participation fees), up to ₹50,000 for domestic events and up to ₹1,50,000 for international events, to support market exposure and networking.

Training Expense Reimbursement

₹13,000 / employee

₹13,000 per MP-domiciled employee/year, for 3 years, for up to 25 employees.

Employment Generation Assistance

₹5,000 / month

₹5,000 per employee/month, for 3 years, for up to 25 employees, subject to local hiring criteria.

Exemption on Electricity Duty

3 years

All eligible new product-based units with new electrical connections are fully exempted from electricity duty for 3 years from the date of connection.

Electricity Tariff Reimbursement

₹2 / unit

Product-based startups receive a power tariff reimbursement of ₹2 per unit on new electrical connections, for 3 years from the date of commercial production.
