1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing foundersalahkar.com, submitting a “Get a Quote” or Contact form, or engaging our team, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit personal information.
2. Nature of Services
Founder Salahkar provides professional advisory and facilitation services, including but not limited to:
- Business entity registration (Private Limited, LLP, OPC, Partnership, and related structures)
- Licences and registrations (GST, MSME / Udyam, DPIIT Startup India, and similar)
- Trademark and basic IP filing support
- Compliance and taxation coordination
- Government subsidy and incentive advisory, with a focus on Madhya Pradesh Startup Policy 2025 and other applicable schemes
- DPR / documentation support for loans and scheme applications
We are an independent advisory firm. We are not a government department, incubator (unless separately stated), bank, or statutory authority. Approvals, timelines, and incentive disbursements are decided solely by the relevant government body, bank, or agency.
3. Startup Subsidy & Policy Guidance
Information on this website about subsidies, grants, reimbursements, and the MP Startup Policy 2025 is provided for general guidance based on publicly available policy material. Scheme rules, caps, and eligibility can change without notice.
- We help assess likely eligibility and prepare / file applications where engaged.
- We do not guarantee approval, sanction amount, or disbursement timeline.
- Final decisions rest with the Government of Madhya Pradesh, DPIIT, banks, incubators, or other competent authorities.
- Any illustrative figures on the site (e.g. seed grant up to ₹30 Lakh) are policy maxima, not promises of receipt.
4. Quotes, Fees & Engagement
- Website forms and WhatsApp chats are enquiries only. They do not create a binding service contract until fees, scope, and deliverables are confirmed in writing (email, invoice, or engagement letter).
- Professional fees, government fees, and third-party charges are communicated before work begins wherever practicable.
- Government fees and portal charges are payable to the respective authority and are generally non-refundable once paid.
- Refunds of our professional fees, if any, are governed by the specific engagement terms agreed for that matter.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and timely information and documents.
- Ensure you have authority to act for the business named in the enquiry.
- Review filings and applications before submission when we request confirmation.
- Not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
- Keep login credentials for government portals secure if shared with you.
Delays or rejection caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late information from your side are not our responsibility.
6. Communications
By sharing your mobile number or email, you consent to be contacted by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your enquiry and related services. You may opt out of non-essential marketing messages by requesting us in writing; we may still contact you about an active engagement.
Enquiry data may be logged in our email system and Google Sheets for follow-up (see Privacy Policy).
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Website content is provided “as is” without warranties of completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including lost profits, lost grants, or delayed disbursements).
- Our total liability for any claim arising from website use or a specific engagement shall not exceed the professional fees actually paid to us for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for portal downtime, government processing delays, policy changes, or third-party errors.
8. Intellectual Property
All website design, text, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials (unless otherwise attributed) are owned by Founder Salahkar or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish content for commercial use without prior written consent.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not attempt to disrupt the website, submit malware, scrape content at scale, or submit false enquiries. We may block access or discard submissions that appear abusive or automated.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable to you.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes to an active paid engagement will be communicated separately where required.
